4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that schedules can change. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If weather or unforeseen conditions prevent us from completing a service, we will reschedule at the earliest possible date without penalty.

Precision Pest Management stands behind the quality of our work. Specific services may include a satisfaction or re-treatment guarantee, which will be clearly stated on your service agreement or invoice.
However, we do not guarantee pest elimination in cases where:
- Recommended follow-up services are declined.
- Environmental or structural conditions allow pest re-entry.
- Third-party interference alters treatment effectiveness.
All guarantees apply only to the property and pest type listed on your service plan.
